Associate Vice President of Digital Engagement

• Lead and evolve THL's global digital engagement strategy across email, SMS, social media, and online advertising to transform supporter engagement into sustained impact for animals.
• Own the cross-channel supporter lifecycle strategy from acquisition through retention, ensuring an integrated and high-impact experience.
• Partner cross-organizationally to shape campaign and mobilization strategies, driving digital engagement as a core driver of impact and fundraising growth.
• Establish team KPIs, foster a culture of data-informed optimization, and lead innovation in digital tools and approaches including AI and automation.

This role drives the digital engagement strategy for a leading animal protection nonprofit, mobilizing supporters globally to end factory farming and create lasting change for farmed animals.

• 8+ years of advanced experience in digital marketing, digital engagement, or communications, including senior-level leadership overseeing multi-channel campaigns and teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing cross-channel digital engagement strategies across social media, email, and paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, CRM systems (e.g., EveryAction, Mailchimp), advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
• Executive-level ability to connect digital activities to organizational impact, with experience leading data-informed decision-making and experimentation.
