Director of People

• Develop and execute a global people strategy aligned with Rondo’s business plan, growth, and international expansion.
• Advise executives and leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent, culture, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
• Lead complex employee-relations matters, strengthen culture across countries and time zones, and use data to inform decisions.

This role directly supports Rondo’s mission to decarbonize heavy industry by building and scaling a global team that delivers zero-carbon heat battery technology, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing industrial emissions.

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership and scaling People functions.
• Significant international HR experience across Europe, Middle East, Australia, and/or North America.
• Expertise in cross-border employment, immigration, global mobility, and compliance.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
