Director of Partner Sales East

• Develop and execute a next-generation regional partner business strategy covering short, medium, and long-term goals, including prioritizing solutions for key industry verticals and managing an active pipeline to exceed quota.
• Establish and manage executive relationships with strategic partners, coordinate with internal teams to develop joint solutions, and drive revenue growth within the Eastern Region.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, forecast pipeline, and ensure integrity of proposals and pricing in collaboration with regional and partner leadership.

By building strategic partnerships and driving revenue for Hitachi Vantara's data infrastructure solutions, this role enables organizations to harness data for innovation and positive societal impact, such as powering the Las Vegas Sphere and other transformative projects.

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing a partner team, working for a national partner in a client-facing consulting role, or in an industry-based consulting role (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services).
• Proven track record of sales success, achieving quotas, and growing revenue streams.
• Strong executive presence, ability to influence at all levels, and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Flexibility to travel 50% of the time; background in Digital Transformation, IoT, big data, analytics, or key applications (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP) is a plus.
