Job description
Director overseeing operations and growth strategy for a small scientific nonprofit scaling from current team toward 10–20 members.
- Design organizational structure and build teams for scientific work and internal operations support.
- Develop and execute growth strategy; identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impede progress.
- Requires proven experience scaling small organizations, ideally scientific or technical teams, to 10–20 members.
- Requires willingness to relocate to or frequently travel within the United States for in-person collaboration with leadership.
