Role details
Lead integrated growth strategy for climate philanthropy nonprofit, managing fundraising, marketing, and communications to scale impact.
- Develop and execute donor strategy to identify and cultivate major donors, foundations, and corporate partners; manage portfolio relationships.
- Oversee marketing and communications across channels to grow audience awareness, drive donor conversion, and amplify research impact.
- Manage growth team including digital marketing support; set KPIs, allocate budget, and report progress to leadership and board.
- Requires 7+ years in nonprofit development, fundraising, or combined development and marketing roles with major donor experience.
- Requires team management experience, strong communication skills, and ability to build systems in mission-driven environment.
