Mission
What you will drive
- Lead creative pitch development and technical proposal writing to mobilize $30m+ annually in charitable capital via gifts, grants, recoverable grants, and PRIs.
- Manage cultivation of a growing pipeline of mission-aligned HNW individuals, foundations, family offices, wealth managers, and government funding programs.
- Design protocols and systems to efficiently solicit data and stories from across teams, translating them into multi-million dollar concepts.
- Develop modeling for new capital recycling programs and articulate value proposition for blended finance approaches.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Deep technical climate expertise and familiarity with the nonprofit capital stack.
- Demonstrated success in pitch development and proposal writing for both small gifts and large seven- and eight-figure grants.
- Experience with climate technology, impact investing, and/or the environment sector.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Excel, and Google Slides; ability to build deal pipelines, detailed budgets, and presentations.

Full-time at-will position, 40+ hours per week. Salary range: $138,100 - $207,200 (based on location, experience, etc.). Comprehensive benefits including professional development stipend and three weeks paid time off.
