Director of Growth and Revenue

• Develop and execute a national strategy to expand the Center's network and increase adoption of civic education programs.
• Lead fee-for-service professional learning partnerships with school districts and state education agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Supervise the Manager of Network Relations and coordinate across teams to maximize partner satisfaction and retention.

This role expands access to high-quality civic education programs, strengthening democratic engagement and informed citizenship among K-12 students nationwide.

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5 years in business development, educational partnerships, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 3 years of staff supervision and management experience.
• Strong understanding of K-12 education systems and curriculum adoption processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proven ability to drive revenue growth.
