Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute the organization's government affairs strategy to educate Congress and build influence in D.C.
  • Lead advocacy campaigns on key policy issues including appropriations, critical minerals, federal procurement, carbon border adjustments, and tax.
  • Build relationships with Congress, the administration, and stakeholders such as ENGOs, labor unions, and industry groups.
  • Serve as an external spokesperson and collaborate with member companies to advance carbon removal policies.

  • 10+ years of experience in government affairs, advocacy, or on Capitol Hill in energy, climate, agriculture, or science.
  • Demonstrated success in advancing bipartisan policy.
  • Strong network of policy allies including congressional and agency staff.
  • Excellent relationship-building and strategic planning skills.

Salary range: $175,000 - $210,000.
