Director Of Field Operations (Remote)

• Own performance and execution of a nationwide field service organization, driving accountability and consistency across all levels.
• Establish and enforce standardized processes, SOPs, and safety programs to ensure best-in-class safety, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, adopt digital tools, and own key performance metrics to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier field leaders and technicians, creating a culture of accountability and continuous development.

This role ensures the reliable operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience leading field operations, service, or O&M organizations within energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Utility-scale solar experience strongly preferred; experience in adjacent energy sectors highly valued.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams (100+ personnel preferred) and scaling field service organizations.

Compensation Range: $142,673.00 - $189,755.00 (Salary)
