Director of Expansion

• Lead a portfolio of new service launches, ensuring on-time delivery, partner satisfaction, and internal KPIs.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Launch Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Serve as senior operational counterpart to agency leadership, building trust through transparent communication and change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Legal, Product, and Finance teams to drive high-quality execution.

This role directly reduces humanity's environmental footprint by launching technology-enabled public transit systems that make transportation more efficient and sustainable.

• 10+ years of experience with a combination of consulting and operating experience.
• Proven leadership in high-growth or transformation environments, scaling teams or launching new lines of business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year plus attractive RSU package. Benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching.
