Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead disaster assessment, response planning, and deployment implementation for natural disasters nationwide.
  • Supervise operational staff, manage field operations, and ensure organizational readiness for future disasters.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with FEMA, VOADs, emergency management agencies, and community organizations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in nonprofit, disaster response, emergency management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership in disaster response or emergency management programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience supervising teams, using hand/power tools, and working in remote environments with extensive travel.
