Mission
What you will drive
- Lead disaster assessment, response planning, and deployment implementation for natural disasters nationwide.
- Supervise operational staff, manage field operations, and ensure organizational readiness for future disasters.
- Build and maintain partnerships with FEMA, VOADs, emergency management agencies, and community organizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 9 years of experience in nonprofit, disaster response, emergency management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership in disaster response or emergency management programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supervising teams, using hand/power tools, and working in remote environments with extensive travel.
