Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a focused 90-day individual giving plan to re-engage prior donors and cultivate new supporters.
- Conduct donor outreach through personal calls, in-person meetings, and personalized communications, and support donor solicitations.
- Strengthen donor stewardship practices including timely thank-you outreach, impact updates, and relationship-building.
- Serve as a fundraising thought partner to the Executive Director, assisting with donor meeting preparation and strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, donor relations, or individual giving.
- Comfort initiating donor calls, securing meetings, and making direct asks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and local to Nashville/Middle Tennessee with ability to meet donors in person.
