- 8–10+ years in corporate communications, PR, or journalism, with 3+ years in B2B energy, cleantech, or heavy industrial tech.
- Proven track record in both external PR and internal communications.
- Deep understanding of energy market dynamics, sustainability trends, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and editing skills; experience managing teams and budgets.
