Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive mass-market acquisition and engagement strategy to build, steward, and fundraise from a large base of digital supporters.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies (email, social, search, display, paid media, events) to expand reach and drive revenue growth.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to retention, including A/B testing and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage marketing firms, consultants, and direct media buys, and collaborate with Communications, Development, and Events teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, acquisition, and/or revenue growth roles, preferably in mission-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of managing full-funnel marketing strategies with measurable audience and revenue outcomes.
- Experience with paid media, conversion optimization, email lifecycle marketing, CRM systems, audience segmentation, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; excellent communication and project management abilities.
