Director, Marketing Strategy; Capital Solutions

• Own go-to-market strategy for capital solutions, including launch narratives, audience segmentation, and positioning in partnership with product, commercial, and marketing teams.
• Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for capital providers, ensuring consistent and credible messaging across all touchpoints.
• Serve as the internal authority on capital providers, synthesizing market insights and customer feedback into actionable strategy.
• Equip commercial teams with narratives, pitch decks, battlecards, and training to win sophisticated capital conversations.

This role accelerates the deployment of capital into clean energy and critical infrastructure, directly enabling the transition to a more prosperous, clean, and secure energy future.

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, or adjacent strategic function, with experience in a startup or high-growth environment and direct exposure to institutional investors.
• Professional experience in financial services.
• Track record of setting strategy and making strategic calls, not just executing.
• Executive presence and stakeholder leadership; ability to influence senior cross-functional partners.

Compensation: Base salary $175,000+ (depending on experience) plus company-wide bonus of $10,000–$40,000 tied to revenue goals, and stock options.
