Mission
What you will drive
- Scope, plan, and execute special engineering and construction projects to improve installation safety, efficiency, and quality through process innovation, product evolutions, and vertical integration strategies.
- Work with external partners to improve installation quality, reduce field hours, and enhance on-site project efficiency.
- Co-develop and lead Bloom's installer model for USC&I installations, evaluating new product requirements and risks.
- Implement strategic initiatives, mentor employees, and drive closure on issues preventing installations success.

What makes you a great fit
- 15+ years in cross-functional, fast-paced environment with 10+ years of technical or construction project management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams through influence.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable solutions; advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills strongly preferred.
