Mission

What you will drive

  • Scope, plan, and execute special engineering and construction projects to improve installation safety, efficiency, and quality through process innovation, product evolutions, and vertical integration strategies.
  • Work with external partners to improve installation quality, reduce field hours, and enhance on-site project efficiency.
  • Co-develop and lead Bloom's installer model for USC&I installations, evaluating new product requirements and risks.
  • Implement strategic initiatives, mentor employees, and drive closure on issues preventing installations success.

  • 15+ years in cross-functional, fast-paced environment with 10+ years of technical or construction project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable solutions; advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills strongly preferred.
