Director, GTM Technical Delivery

• Lead developers, admins, QA, and DevOps professionals to deliver reliable solutions across Salesforce, CPQ, partner tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Define technical architecture and system design patterns for the GTM stack, prioritizing scalability, maintainability, and flexibility.
• Drive AI adoption within the technical team, including AI-assisted development, automated code review, and intelligent test generation.
• Own integration design using APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware tools like Workato.

This role enables Workiva's mission to bring confidence, control, and a competitive edge to complex organizations by ensuring their GTM systems are scalable, reliable, and innovative, ultimately helping organizations navigate uncertainty and maintain trust.

• 10+ years in enterprise or SaaS engineering roles, including 5+ in technical leadership.
• Strong background in GTM applications—especially Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing automation (Marketo preferred).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, data modeling, system interconnectivity, and security best practices.
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft) and AI/ML use cases in a GTM context.

Salary range in the US: $177,000 - $284,000. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
