Mission
What you will drive
- Lead Solar Landscape's grid strategy by evaluating utility planning frameworks, infrastructure investments, and grid constraints to accelerate distributed solar and battery storage deployment.
- Engage utility planning and engineering teams to increase hosting capacity on constrained circuits and advance DER integration strategies.
- Develop and advance pilot initiatives such as DERMS, dynamic hosting capacity, flexible interconnection, and non-wire alternatives.
- Translate utility planning data into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 10โ20+ years of experience in electric utility planning, transmission/distribution engineering, grid modernization, or DER integration.
- Deep understanding of utility planning methodologies, system constraints, and grid technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence utility stakeholders.
