Job description
Lead external affairs, media relations, and brand strategy for a food systems nonprofit, building relationships with major philanthropies and shaping organizational narrative.
- Develop and execute external affairs strategy, including targeted engagement plans, media relations, and crisis communications for climate and health sectors.
- Design storytelling frameworks and visual content that resonate with donor audiences while maintaining consistency across global markets.
- Oversee events strategy, digital presence, and brand guidelines; manage external communications agencies and measure effectiveness.
- Requires bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent experience plus proven track record in senior-level external affairs and media relations.
- Requires experience with philanthropic organizations, international communications leadership, and understanding of food systems sustainability issues.
