Director - Digital Solutions

• Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives to improve customer experience and drive customer-centric transformation across Avangrid's utility operating companies.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of digital tools and platforms including Web/Portal/Mobile app development and UX design.
• Manage an organization of data scientists and data analysts to develop models for evaluating key customer service KPIs.
• Coordinate digital strategy definition and implementation within the CX and Digital group, collaborating with architecture and global digital teams.

This role drives the digital transformation of a major energy utility, enabling more efficient and customer-friendly services that support the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software or digital development, including management experience.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, architectures, and software development methodologies.
