Director Development

• Develop and execute regional transmission development strategy for New England (ISO-NE) market and support adjacent markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and advance new transmission project opportunities, including competitive solicitations and bilateral developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including utilities, regulators, policymakers, and potential development partners.
• Lead early-stage project activities including project concepts, site identification, routing considerations, partnership structuring, and initial commercial frameworks.

This role drives the expansion of electric transmission infrastructure, enabling the integration of renewable energy resources and enhancing grid reliability, which is critical for the clean energy transition.

• 10+ years of experience in transmission development, energy infrastructure, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of Northeast U.S. energy markets (NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM) and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex negotiations.
