Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and advance a strategic revenue partnership portfolio to support NAC's mission, organizational sustainability, and long-term growth.
- Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of national partners and funders, aligning organizational priorities with partner interests to generate mission-driven investments.
- Secure new funding, strengthen existing partnerships, and develop integrated engagement strategies to increase annual revenue and deepen stakeholder commitment.
- Manage the comprehensive Membership Program, including renewal, retention, and recruitment strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated success in securing grants or sponsorships.
- Demonstrated success building and managing corporate, foundation, and/or institutional partnerships, including sponsorships, membership, or donor engagement.
- Proven ability to secure and manage $10,000+ corporate sponsorships or institutional gifts, with experience cultivating long-term funding relationships.
- Strong track record managing the full lifecycle of funding relationships; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; familiarity with Salesforce.
