What you will drive

  • Own New Customer Acquisition (NCA) strategy and team, leading outbound business development across Carbon, Foundation, and Traditional Outbound motions.
  • Scale the outbound pipeline by 75% over 12 months and deliver reliable pipeline forecasts aligned to annual new-ACV goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the outbound BD team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation design.
  • Drive AI and GTM engineering initiatives to automate prospecting, enrichment, and reporting workflows.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7-10 years in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships, with 5+ years of B2B selling experience and 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record scaling an outbound or BDR function, including strategy, process, team structure, and enablement.
  • Experience designing or owning sales compensation, quota, or incentive structures.
  • Strong command of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales tooling, with a builder's instinct for AI-powered prospecting and automation.
