Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy focused on securing government contracts
- Lead efforts to identify, capture, and win government contracts through RFP responses and proposal development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials and key decision-makers
- Achieve targeted sales and revenue growth in the government contracting sector

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience in business development, sales, or management in government contracting
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- Proven success in securing and managing government contracts at state/local levels
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance regulations

- Base salary range: $120k - $160k annually with up to 50% annual bonus
