Direct Support Professional HS Diploma, Bachelor, Master Degree

• Provide in-home support services to youth using evidence-based and data-driven methodologies.
• Plan, develop, and implement interventions to help youth acquire and generalize behavioral, self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
• Write progress notes, case notes, and assessments.

This role directly improves the quality of life for youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities by helping them gain essential life skills and independence in their home and community.

• At least one year of experience developing and implementing positive behavior support and ADL/Instrumental skill plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, written communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficient with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
