Digital Video and Engagement Manager

• Create short-form video and digital campaigns to build HIC's supporter base and drive grassroots action.
• Produce engaging video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X.
• Develop repeatable video formats and on-camera voices to help audiences understand AI issues and what they can do.
• Design conversion paths that move people from viewing content to signing up, attending events, donating, and volunteering.

This role helps educate the public about AI risks and empowers them to take action, building a movement for responsible AI governance.

• Experience in digital video production and social media content creation.
• Skills in managing email and SMS campaigns, digital action initiatives, and analytics.
• Ability to develop repeatable video formats and on-camera voices.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and grassroots engagement.
