Digital Transformation Lead, EPC

• Own and execute the EPC digital roadmap, integrating external software and developing internal tools.
• Streamline data flow and collaboration across enterprise systems to increase team productivity.
• Partner with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to solve workflow challenges and ensure platform reliability.
• Build governance, training, and adoption programs, and lead vendor management.

This role accelerates the energy transition by enabling efficient, scalable infrastructure for battery recycling and production, reducing reliance on mining and keeping critical minerals in circulation.

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations in EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy.
• Proven leadership of technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflows and project lifecycles; utility-scale solar/battery storage a plus.
• Experience with systems like Workday, SmartSheets, SharePoint, Oracle, P6; expertise in data architecture, APIs, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL); experience with AI tools.

Full-time position. Salary range: $160,000 - $210,000 USD per year (California pay transparency). Compensation commensurate with experience.
