Mission

What you will drive

  • Execute the PLM strategy, aligning it with digital transformation objectives and driving business value in engineering and manufacturing areas.
  • Integrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Drive PLM governance and change management, supporting adoption of new tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a reference expert in PLM, guiding teams and supporting training on platforms such as Windchill or Teamcenter.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Relevant experience in IT and digital transformation, with strong background in Computer Science or Engineering and deep knowledge in PLM systems and strategy.
  • Experience in leading global PLM transformation programs in engineering and manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Windchill, Teamcenter or similar platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of processes connecting PLM to manufacturing, including mBOMs, process plans, routings, and integration with ERP and MES.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and proven experience in multicultural and multinational environments.
