Digital Transformation Deployment Specialist - PLM Windchill

• Execute the PLM strategy, aligning it with digital transformation objectives and driving business value in engineering and manufacturing areas.
• Integrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
• Drive PLM governance and change management, supporting adoption of new tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a reference expert in PLM, guiding teams and supporting training on platforms such as Windchill or Teamcenter.

This role enables Hitachi Energy to optimize its engineering and manufacturing processes through digital transformation, improving efficiency, traceability, and collaboration across the value chain, ultimately contributing to more sustainable and reliable energy solutions.

• Relevant experience in IT and digital transformation, with strong background in Computer Science or Engineering and deep knowledge in PLM systems and strategy.
• Experience in leading global PLM transformation programs in engineering and manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Windchill, Teamcenter or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of processes connecting PLM to manufacturing, including mBOMs, process plans, routings, and integration with ERP and MES.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and proven experience in multicultural and multinational environments.
