Digital Associate, Texting

• Produce a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing online fundraising and communications strategies, including text message calendars.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to product sales clients and facilitate onboarding for new clients.
• Work with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate engaging content and manage project timelines.

This role helps progressive and philanthropic organizations raise mission-changing revenue through text message campaigns, mobilizing resources for social good and supporting causes like human rights, animal welfare, and environmental protection.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience contributing to project plans for fundraising and communications goals.
• Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, or marketing; up to 2 years experience with text messaging programs preferred.
