What you will drive
- Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining client connectivity platforms for the Global Broking Division.
- Develop software, manage developers, and influence architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, QA, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Manage releases, production rollouts, and provide hands-on support for production issues.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience leading a team of developers, including conducting appraisals and technical reviews.
- Senior-level experience with Java and building systems using FIX Protocol.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, ELB, EKS, AMI) and version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).
- Strong communication skills and experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
