• Draft 100+ segmented fundraising campaign emails per year for key audiences.
• Draft 10+ foundation and corporate updates and 10+ grant applications.
• Research foundation, corporate, and major donor prospects using databases and websites.
• Pull Salesforce reports and maintain donor records.

This role helps Compass Pro Bono build trust with donors and funders, enabling the organization to provide business strategy resources to local nonprofits, thereby strengthening communities.

• Clear and compelling writer, able to connect development strategy to detailed execution.
• Organized and reliable, able to balance multiple projects and maintain accuracy.
• Technologically confident, comfortable with AI tools, Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack.
• Research-oriented and resourceful, able to synthesize information about prospects.

$45,000 salary + full benefits including schedule flexibility, generous paid leave, medical/dental/vision, 401K with 1% employer contribution, and employer-funded disability insurance.
