Development Manager

• Develop and manage relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals.
• Oversee all permitting processes for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with legal, environmental, and technical teams to complete necessary studies, surveys, and documentation.
• Monitor timelines and budgets for permitting and environmental studies to meet project deadlines.

This role directly contributes to expanding renewable energy access for working-class communities, delivering energy cost savings, job opportunities, and environmental benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Two years of experience in development management or related occupation.
• Experience with land use regulations, environmental permitting processes, and zoning laws.
• Experience engaging with local governments, public officials, and community groups.
