Development Manager

• Manage LoveYourBrain's annual fundraising campaigns, events, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee institutional giving, including grant management, prospect research, and donor reporting.
• Steward individual donors, manage monthly giving programs, and ensure timely acknowledgements.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, manage third-party gift systems, and produce regular reports.

This role directly supports the brain injury community by driving fundraising that enables LoveYourBrain to provide holistic healing programs (mindfulness, yoga, psychoeducation, nutrition) to thousands of people affected by traumatic brain injury and their caregivers each year.

• 4+ years of development administrative experience with extensive Salesforce and GoFundMePro/Classy data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong self-starter with ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
