Director, Corporate & Foundation Engagement

• Lead corporate engagement strategy end-to-end, from prospecting through stewardship and renewal, and own a defined portfolio of foundation relationships.
• Develop proposals for corporate funders and contribute as a core writer on complex foundation proposals.
• Conduct prospect research and manage the institutional partnership pipeline.
• Serve as primary relationship lead for the corporate portfolio, accountable for revenue outcomes and partner satisfaction.

This role directly enables Cure Blindness Project to expand its sight-restoring surgeries and eye care systems in underserved areas, helping to eliminate avoidable blindness for millions of people worldwide.

• At least 10 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, institutional partnerships, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing a portfolio of partnerships with corporations and foundations with accountability for revenue outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal development and presentations.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
