Community Organizing Associate

• Develop and lead programs to recruit, retain, and develop volunteers.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and productive community team culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce self-sustaining engagement and activation.
• Empower community leaders and activate volunteers for major campaigns.

This role builds and sustains a grassroots movement to end ALS by organizing the community to dismantle barriers to a cure, driving systemic change that reshapes the ALS landscape.

• 2+ years of professional work experience in volunteer management or related field.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, clinical trials, and drug development.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and solve problems creatively.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Benefits include employer-paid health, dental, and vision plans; 401K with employer match; unlimited PTO policy.
