Development Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution of grant and competition applications across private, philanthropic, and government opportunities
• Manage all post-award tracking, compliance reporting, and documentation
• Monitor funding opportunities, maintain grant calendars, and manage content/document libraries
• Create compelling materials including proposals, strategy documents, and communication-focused copy

This role enables the expansion of community-centered EV charging infrastructure by securing capital through grants and funding opportunities, addressing environmental justice barriers and supporting climate technology innovation.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, campaign strategy, communications/marketing, or grant writing
• Demonstrated analytical and persuasive writing ability with superior editing/proof-reading skills
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and time management skills
• Fluency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM/database platforms

Salary range: $80,000-$130,000 annually
