Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies, goals, and timelines.
- Build and manage a major gifts program, including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, donor cultivation events, and special campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications on fundraising appeals, donor communications, and social media campaigns.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Five or more years of demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising, development, donor relations, or related fields.
- Proven experience securing major gifts, sponsorships, and philanthropic support from individuals, corporations, and law firms.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing donor databases and fundraising records.
