DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Manage institutional fundraising portfolio, including grant deadlines, proposals, reports, and funder communications.
• Support individual and business donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising campaigns.
• Plan and execute fundraising events to maximize engagement and support.
• Maintain donor database, track gifts, and produce reports to inform fundraising strategy.

This role directly supports ABIC's mission to advance common-sense immigration reform by securing the resources needed to advocate for pro-immigrant policies at state and federal levels, thereby fostering economic competitiveness and immigrant integration.

• 3-5 years of development experience across institutional and individual giving and events.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with grant writing, budgets, and donor management software (e.g., EveryAction).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Asana.
