Development Engineer - Data Centers

• Execute development engineering design activities, system performance modeling, and CAD design for early-stage project development (0–30% design).
• Act as a technical liaison between internal design teams, business development partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, pre-sales technical support, and business development activities.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and contribute to continuous improvement of performance analysis tools.

This role supports the design and delivery of complex electrical infrastructure for data centers and industrial facilities, enabling reliable and efficient operations that underpin modern digital and industrial society.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering or relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and strong understanding of electrical and civil engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
