Development Director

• Lead a comprehensive development program spanning corporate partnerships, foundation grants, individual major gifts, and event revenue, with a goal of $3M+ in annual fundraising.
• Build and lead the development team, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff and consultants.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for cultivation, stewardship, and fulfillment across all fundraising channels.
• Serve as a key thought partner to the CEO on development strategy, major gift solicitations, and high-level relationship management.

This role directly expands access to fertility care and family building options for the 1 in 6 Americans facing infertility, by securing the funding needed to support RESOLVE's advocacy, support, and education programs.

• 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated success across multiple fundraising channels, including corporate partnerships, foundation relations, and/or major gifts.
• Proven track record securing six-figure gifts and managing multi-million dollar fundraising portfolios.
• Experience building and leading development teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward diverse donors and corporate partners.

Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience, and varies by location. Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, fertility benefits, retirement plan with employer match, PTO.
