Mission
What you will drive
- Design and lead implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Fair Food Program, supporting its growth and expansion.
- Lead fundraising efforts for the $125M Comprehensive 5-Year Capital Campaign.
- Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with foundations and major individual and institutional donors.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities aligned with program priorities and geographic expansion.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of eight years of professional fundraising experience, including foundation and major donor development.
- Demonstrated ability to grow philanthropic revenue and advance organizational funding priorities.
- Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies or plans, including supervising and coordinating a team.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills; experience with CRMs (e.g., EveryAction) and task-management software (e.g., Asana).
