What you will drive

  • Design and lead implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Fair Food Program, supporting its growth and expansion.
  • Lead fundraising efforts for the $125M Comprehensive 5-Year Capital Campaign.
  • Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with foundations and major individual and institutional donors.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities aligned with program priorities and geographic expansion.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of eight years of professional fundraising experience, including foundation and major donor development.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow philanthropic revenue and advance organizational funding priorities.
  • Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies or plans, including supervising and coordinating a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills; experience with CRMs (e.g., EveryAction) and task-management software (e.g., Asana).
