What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Proven track record in building individual giving programs and using donor databases/CRMs.
  • Understanding of synagogue life and Jewish communal culture preferred.
