- Create and implement a comprehensive 5-year development strategy for a 300-household synagogue community.

- Advise and support lay leaders, staff, and board in fundraising roles and major gifts solicitation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Proven track record in building individual giving programs and using donor databases/CRMs.
- Understanding of synagogue life and Jewish communal culture preferred.
