Development Coordinator

• Support ACE's Development team with operations and fundraising activities during the summer sabbatical and fall giving season.
• Manage inbound donor inquiries, process donations from multiple platforms, and maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce.
• Draft impact updates, cultivation correspondence, and proposal materials for foundation and donor applications.
• Track donor engagement through the cultivation cycle and log interactions in Salesforce.

This role directly supports the fundraising efforts that enable ACE to evaluate and promote the most effective animal charities, thereby maximizing the impact of donations for animal welfare.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting correspondence and proposals.
• Detail-oriented with data entry and database management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines during peak seasons.
