Development Associate

• Provide analytical, strategic, and process support throughout the project development lifecycle for distributed energy infrastructure projects (BESS, edge data centers, EV charging hubs).
• Assist with advancing development of assigned projects to construction-ready status, including due diligence, permitting, engineering, and legal activities.
• Maintain project data, databases, and tracking tools; prepare documents, applications, and reports; support transactional activities.

This role directly supports the deployment of clean energy infrastructure like battery storage and EV charging, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in development, ideally in land development, energy, renewable energy, engineering, or real estate.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial/drafting tools; familiarity with surveying and utility connection processes.
• Resourceful research skills, ability to communicate complex issues succinctly, and rigorous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, project management, or related field; Master's preferred.
