Development and Fundraising Coordinator

• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor outreach to strengthen donor relationships.
• Maintain donor databases, track contributions, and prepare development reports.
• Assist with grant research, applications, and reporting.
• Support fundraising events, donor visits, alumni weekends, benefit concerts, and community gatherings.

This role directly supports recovery work that changes lives, helping individuals and families experience the hope and joy of recovery through strengthened donor engagement and fundraising efforts.

• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience managing a CRM database required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Event planning and management experience.
