Mission
What you will drive
- Provide operational support to institutional DME analysis, data collection, and reporting.
- Conduct remote primary data collection across Libya, South Sudan, and Tunisia for program evaluation and research.
- Support preparation of reports for ICTJ's New York office and donor progress reports.
- Collaborate with country staff to integrate data with contextual analysis and transitional justice trends.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in M&E for peacebuilding, transitional justice, human rights, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in social sciences, economics, or related field preferred.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken) required.
- Understanding of logical frameworks and project cycles; strong analytical and report-writing skills.
