Deputy to Co-Founder

Strategic deputy supporting a co-founder to build philanthropic partnerships and deploy capital toward ambitious global development goals.
- Prepare donor meetings by researching priorities and developing materials that communicate program work and identify strategic alignment.
- Attend high-stakes donor meetings with the co-founder, understand donor perspectives, and identify information gaps to address.
- Own follow-through on donor communications: coordinate with philanthropy and program teams to ensure accurate, clear program updates.
- Produce and edit written materials reflecting Prevail's voice; develop deep understanding of organizational priorities and donor expectations.
- Requires 6–10+ years of strategic experience, ideally from top-tier consulting or comparable roles; strong writing and stakeholder management essential.
