Deputy Political Director

• Lead JVP Action's electoral program including endorsements, campaign engagement, grassroots field operations, and fundraising for endorsed candidates and the PAC.
• Manage and maintain the PAC's budget with oversight from the Director of Finance and Operations.
• Supervise the Manager of Field and Electoral Organizing and oversee grassroots field work for candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with other progressive electoral organizations and represent JVP Action in coalition spaces.

This role directly strengthens the movement for Palestinian freedom by leveraging grassroots electoral power to elect progressive candidates and advance Palestinian rights.

• High level of management skill: experienced in supervision, project management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Visionary program development: ability to develop and implement a roadmap for scaling an electoral program.
• Capacity for strategic and nimble thinking on electoral campaigns.
• Proven ability in fundraising through grassroots channels and donor engagement.
