Mission
What you will drive
- Lead legal counsel and guidance to the Real Estate Team, supporting site acquisition, real estate de-risking, and project financings.
- Draft and negotiate option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and other real property agreements.
- Support complex title and survey issue resolution, site acquisition closings, and real estate matters for project financings and tax equity investments.
- Mentor and lead the Counsel, Real Estate, and manage external counsel.

- J.D. required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience within a top-tier law firm in a commercial real estate practice group.
- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting real estate efforts for utility scale renewable energy-related development.
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating real property agreements, title and survey review, and title insurance policies for energy projects.
