What you will drive

  • Partner with Development Leadership Team to develop and execute a revenue growth strategy aligned with EDF's mission priorities.
  • Lead innovative short- and long-term fundraising strategies, leveraging the Board of Directors and donor networks.
  • Oversee budgets, workforce planning, and performance metrics across revenue areas to drive growth.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a donor-centered culture and supporting organizational effectiveness.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Significant experience in nonprofit development, including direct donor engagement (cultivation, solicitation, stewardship).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex, high-performing teams; global or matrixed experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and attain ambitious revenue goals.
